Navigate to WooCommerce → Settings in your dashboard. 
Select the “Shipping” tab and click on the “Region or ZIP code restriction” option to open the configuration settings.
From the configuration page, you can:
Edit the Error Message: Customize the message that appears when a user tries to checkout with a restricted location. 
Manage Zone Regions: Select specific states to restrict in your shipping and billing options. 
Configure ZIP Codes: Add or remove ZIP codes. You can specify individual ZIP codes or ranges that should be restricted.
Ensure to click on the “Save changes” button after making adjustments to apply the new settings.

<li>First, install the iNext Woo Pincode Checker plugin and activate it.</li>
<li>Install and activate the woocommerce plugin. (Skip this step if you have already activated the woocommerce plugin).</li>
<li>Add shipping zone(s) on Woocommerce > Settings > Shipping > Add shipping zone from admin dashboard.</li>
<li>While adding a shipping zone, in Zone regions field, add some pincode(s) by clicking Limit to specific ZIP/Pincodes(one pincode per line) on where the delivery is available for your store.</li>
