Remix Manager for H5P empowers your users to manage their own H5P content directly from the front end of your WordPress site. No admin access required at any point.
Users can:

<li>Set granular permissions for remixing and deleting per role</li>
<li>Limit how many H5P items each role may store in their personal library</li>
<li>Configure where the View and Edit links send users, the WordPress admin, a front-end editor page, or any custom URL with dynamic tokens</li>

Bringing the H5P Editor to the Front End
Remix Manager for H5P does not include a front-end H5P editor, but it is designed to work seamlessly with <a href="https://indiegg.com/frontend-h5p-editor" rel="nofollow ugc">Frontend H5P Editor</a>, a free companion plugin from IndiEgg Studios. When both plugins are active and configured, the View and Edit links in the library table automatically point to your front-end pages; keeping users entirely on the front end throughout their H5P workflow.
Alternatively, administrators can use the Custom URL option in Library Link Behavior settings to integrate any third-party front-end editor plugin. The custom URL supports dynamic tokens (%h5p_id% and %h5p_title%) so you can build any URL structure your chosen plugin requires.

Configure Role Permissions
Go to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Remix Manager for H5P.
For each user role you can:

<li>Enable access to the front-end library</li>
<li>Allow or restrict remixing and deleting</li>
<li>Set the maximum number of H5P items users of that role can store in their library (set to 0 for unlimited)</li>

Configure Library Link Behavior (optional)
Still in Settings > Remix Manager for H5P, scroll to the Library Link Behavior section. For both the View and Edit links, choose one of three options:

<li>Admin backend (default) – links go to the standard WordPress admin H5P pages</li>
<li>Frontend H5P Editor pages – links go to pages configured in the <a href="https://indiegg.com/frontend-h5p-editor" rel="nofollow ugc">Frontend H5P Editor</a> companion plugin</li>
<li>Custom URL – enter your own URL template using <code>%h5p_id%</code> and/or <code>%h5p_title%</code> as dynamic tokens to integrate any third-party front-end editor plugin</li>

Create the Library Page
Add the following shortcode to any WordPress page:

Just make your own app in Soundcloud and add the parameters within your settings and you are good to go. You can chose a database slug when a competition has come to an end and you want to start another one, this creates a new competition. The plugin uses <a href="https://api.soundcloud.com/oauth2/" rel="nofollow ugc">OAuth2</a> so your Soundcloud account details are not stored for the 
plugin to gain access.
Also supporting Facebook secure voting and multi language.

Once installed, the authorization process is easy:

When you first access the plugin’s options page, you will have to fill in setting of you app.

To create an app in Soundcloud go here: http://soundcloud.com/you/apps, after logging in you should get the putton “Create new application”

After making a name for your app you will get all the information to fill in there. Copy and past all the information into your plugin settings in wordpress in the appropriate fields matching names.

In WordPress create a page for your Remix SoundCloud registration and put in the wordpress code there.

The URL of the page you created in 4. type this in your app http://soundcloud.com/you/apps where it says: Redirect URI, this is where SoundCloud redirects after connecting.

Test your app to see everything working.

Solution is to upgrade your PHP version.
