Adds a link next to the reply link below each comment, which allows visitors to flag comments as inappropriate. A sub page to comments in admin is added, where an administrator may review all the flagged comments and decide if they should be removed or not.

Should deprecate peacefully, and tested in Safari, Opera, Firefox and IE7
MooTools is an ultra-light frame work with faster operation than prototype/scriptaculous and more intuitive nomenclature than jQuery. This plugin will not work if you already use another library on your site (JQuery, scriptaculous, etc).
