This is a simple plugin that helps to clean up the admin side of WordPress by only showing the currently logged in user’s content the Post/Page/Media pages.
For the Media list, you can provide a list of user ID’s who’s Media will also be available to logged in users. It is highly recommended to create a user for this purpose.

Restrict User Content

This plugin allows you to import users from an uploaded CSV file. It will add users with basic information as well as meta fields and user role.
You can also choose to send a notification to the new users and to display password nag on user login.

Import Users from CSV

It does what it says, easy to use if used to databases. I did use it in an intallation with lots of user meta and it's behaving really nice.
Also the Exporter add on it's working nicely.
