To install Invite Codes for Contact Form 7 follow these steps: 
1. Upload the entire <code>invite-codes-for-contact-form-7</code> folder to the <code>/wp-content/plugins/</code> directory. 
2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen (Plugins > Installed Plugins). 
3. Configure the invite codes via Invite Codes submenu in the Contact menu. 
4. The manual in the Instructions tab guides you through all the options and settings.
<h3>QuickStart</h3>

<li>Open the Invite Codes plugin via WordPress Menu > Contact > Invite Codes</li>
<li>Go to the Codes Generator tab, select your options and click on Generate Codes</li>
<li>Copy the codes by clicking on the button Copy Codes to Clipboard and go to the Import tab</li>
<li>Paste the codes in the Invite codes form, select maximum usage and expiry date (optional) and click on the button Import Invite Codes</li>
<li>Create or edit the form you want to use the invite codes on via WordPress Menu > Contact > Contact Forms</li>
<li>Inside the form add the Invite Codes placeholder. Eg: Unique code[text* invite_code placeholder “Enter your unique code”]</li>
<li>Save the form. It’s recommended to test the form with a test code.</li>
