notice bar at the top of your WordPress site.
The plugin provides a modern React-based settings page, built with official WordPress 
components, making it easy to configure the content, appearance, visibility, and scheduling of the notice bar.

After activating the plugin, a RCTNB Settings page is available in the WordPress admin area. 
This page allows you to configure:

<h3>Theme Compatibility</h3>
The plugin is compatible with:

The notice bar relies on the WordPress core wp_body_open hook to be displayed correctly.
If a theme (or child theme) does not include this hook, the notice bar will not appear.
<h3>Fixed Header Compatibility</h3>
If your theme uses a fixed or sticky header, the notification bar must also be enabled in fixed position in order to be displayed correctly. 
The header is dynamically repositioned below the notification bar. 
The page content is adjusted to prevent overlap. 
The WordPress admin bar (when present) is fully taken into account.

→ Customize your bar:
