<p>This plugin allows site administrators to enable the Rubat AI customer chatbot by adding the required scripts to the site’s head. Admins can toggle the feature and set their Company ID in Settings <span aria-hidden="true" class="wp-exclude-emoji">→</span> Rubat AI Chatbot.</p>
<p>When enabled, it loads the widget script from dashboard.rubatai.com and initializes ChatbotWidget with your Company ID and endpoints.</p>

<p>This plugin connects to Rubat AI cloud services to operate the chatbot and related features. The services are required for initialization, configuration, and saving chat interactions.</p>

– Company ID: sent at initialization to load configuration.<br />
– Optional user info: if enabled (collectUserInfo: true), pre-chat form fields are sent to create or update a user profile.<br />
– Chat messages and metadata: messages, timestamps, and session identifiers are sent during chat to generate replies and to save chat history.</p>
