Custom Scrollbar

When loading the plugin directory URL use plugins_url() instead of WP_PLUGIN_URL

Eg: define('file_url',plugins_url()."/your_file/");

Source: plugin-main.php, line# 21

Because WP_PLUGIN_URL doesn’t work on SSL properly, so this caused a delay in the launch of our website.
