This plugin helps WordPress SEO and Shopp to work together coherently. You can even assign titles and descriptions to 
virtual pages such as the cart, checkout and account pages. The current version of Shopp SEO Glue was built against:

<li>WordPress SEO 1.4</li>
</ul>
If you are using a set of different versions – particularly if you are using older plugins – then please proceed with 
caution – the 1.6 release of Shopp SEO Glue will not for instance play nicely with the 1.2.x series of Shopp plugins.
This plugin was written by <a href="http://codingkills.me" title="WordPress developer - Vancouver Island" rel="nofollow ugc">Barry Hughes</a> 
with contributions by <a href="http://cleverwp.com/" rel="nofollow ugc">Lars Koudal</a>. Support is provided on an hoc basis and checks of the plugin 
support forum are infrequent: you might get lucky, but don’t count on it 😉

Shopp SEO Glue

This plugin no longer works since it hasn't been update to work with the latest version of Shopp, or WordPress. There is an alternative plugin called Shopp SEO that works great.

Washington State is a <a href="http://dor.wa.gov/Content/FindTaxesAndRates/RetailSalesTax/DestinationBased/MoreSST.aspx" rel="nofollow ugc">destination-based sales tax</a> state. As a Washington-based business, if you sell taxable items within WA, you charge the tax rate of the destination you’re shipping to, rather than the rate of where you’re shipping from.
When selling digital goods, the billing address is use to calculate tax.
Most e-commerce platforms have relatively rudimentary tax calculation tools and tables. <a href="https://shopplugin.net/" rel="nofollow ugc">Shopp</a>, while robust, doesn’t have the ability to calculate the actual sales tax in Washington State based on destination address and zip.
When enabled, the customer’s zip and address information is passed up to the WA DOR along with some basic information about the order and it returns the actual tax rate, and amount for the ship-to address.
