<p>This plugin integrates <a href="http://shopplugin.net" rel="nofollow ugc">Shopp</a> with <a href="http://www.zendesk.com" rel="nofollow ugc">Zendesk</a>.</p>
<p>After checkout, a customer’s email, name, and phone number will be added to your Zendesk.</p>
<p>This process occurs in the background without needing action from the user.</p>
<p>With Shopp + Zendesk you no longer need to enter this information in manually. It is done automatically with each order.</p>

Shopp + Zendesk

Customers who order from your WordPress e-commerce store are added to your Zendesk help desk after checkout.

<p>This plugin integrates <a href="http://shopplugin.net" rel="nofollow ugc">Shopp</a> with <a href="http://www.constantcontact.com" rel="nofollow ugc">Constant Contact</a>.</p>
<p>Currently, there is an option to “opt-in” to email marketing during the checkout. However, this option only provides the store owner with permission to send emails to the customer.</p>
<p>It does not automatically add the customer to any third-party email services.</p>
<p>With Shopp + Constant Contact this issue is resolved. If a customer “opts-in” to email marketing during checkout, then their email, first name, and last name are sent to a specified list on Constant Contact.</p>
