Shurli.at is a URL shortening service used to generate short links.
What data is sent and when: 
The plugin sends the destination URL to the Shurli.at API when a short link is created. 
The API key configured by the administrator is sent in the authorization header to authenticate the request. 
No data is sent unless the administrator uses the plugin’s shortening functionality.

Pivot QR stores data only in your own WordPress database. It does not phone home, it does not call third-party services, and it does not embed any tracking. Visitor IP addresses, user agents, and referrers from redirect hits are stored locally for analytics; uninstalling the plugin removes everything.
