Easily embed documents supported by Google Docs (PDF/DOC/DOCX/PPTX/etc)with a simple shortcode <code>[gviewer]</code>
Ex. [gviewer file=”https://example.com/thisismyfile.pdf”]
A full list of attributes:
<ul>
<li><code>file</code> — Required. The URL of the file you wish to show</li>
<li><code>width</code> — Optional. The desired width of the viewer in pixels. If no width is set, the value of the theme’s <code>$content_width</code> will be used. If no value is set, the width will default to 600 px.</li>
<li><code>height</code> — Optional. The desired height of the viewer in pixels. If height is set, the height will 1.2 times the width. For example, if the width is 100 px, the height will be 120 px.</li>
<li><code>language</code> — The language of the document. If the document is written in a right-to-left (RTL) language (like Hebrew and Arabic), specifying the language will apply RTL settings.</li>
</ul>
Another way to embed a Google Document is by using the template tag provided by the plugin in the source code. Here’s an example:

The second argument, <code>$args</code>, is an associative array. Keys can be found in the list above.

This plugin was first released in 2013 and has over 10,000 active installs. Many webmasters use it to manage thousands of PDFs/documents.
Although this plugin is called “PDF Manager”, it can also manage other files like: pdf, zip, gz, rar, png, jpg, jpeg, gif, tif, tiff, swf, docx, xlsx, pptx, csv, crtfsv, Pages, numbers, keynotes, ie.
It helps you easily manage PDFs/documents in WordPress and display them on the page very conveniently. You can upload and display by category or display a special PDF/file. This means that the PDF document can be displayed on the visitor’s screen regardless of the platform the visitor is using, PC, Mac, iPhone, iPad, Android…

This plugin is not really free. It doesn't do anything like what they show in their demos without purchasing the Pro version. The only thing it does for free is just show PDFs in a basic list with no design. You can do this just using the built-in Gutenberg blocks. None of the shortcode options work and they don't tell you that either. This plugin should not be in the free WordPress repository, it is just an ad for their paid version.
