A sidebar widget that displays a list of top commenters across a site, showing the number of comments for each. Inspired by and extended from the Top Commentators Widget by WebGrrrl.

<h3>Options:</h3>
<ol>
<li>
“Title”: customizable title that is displayed in the sidebar for this widget.
</li>
<li>
“Define Commenters by”: choose whether to define an individual by email address or by name entered in the comment form
</li>
<li>
“Commenters to Exclude”: a list of people to exclude from the count. Can enter names and/or email addresses here. Separate each with a comma.
</li>
<li>
“# of Commenters to List”: determines the number of top commenters to list.
</li>
<li>
“Show ‘comments’ Label?”: If checked, a top commenter will appear as “mike: 10 comments”. If unchecked, he/she will appear simply as “mike: 10”.

<li>Different Layouts: The counters block comes with different layouts, you can easily switch the layout of counters.</li>
<li>Columns: Set columns and their gaps.</li>
<li>Duration: Set the duration of the counter.</li>
<li>Separator: Add separators between the numbers.</li>
<li>Starts when Visible: Counter starts when it becomes visible at the viewport.</li>

<h4>How to use</h4>
<ul>
<li>First, install the Counters Block plugin</li>
<li>Add the Counters Block from the block category called “Widgets” in the Gutenberg editor.</li>
<li>You can change block settings from the right-side settings sidebar.</li>
