This plugin creates a user interface for adding custom registration forms to any post or page on your WordPress website. Simply navigate to the edit page for post or page on which you would like the form to appear and click the registration forms button. A popup menu will appear guiding you through the options.
The plugin also creates an interface for adding/removing fields to be used in the registration form.

The plugin uses a old form or reCAPTCHA that is no longer supported. Web links to developer are dead. There is not a lot of documentation on the shortcodes. The app has potential but needs to be improved.

Ever signup a user account, delete it, and try to signup up the same username again?
Ever try to support a new user who created a username, but entered the wrong email address and so can’t activate, and can’t signup with the same username?
Ever wanted to signup a bunch of users with phony emails so users without email could start blogging right away?
I have, so I made a plugin to help me.
WP Network Multisite “mu-plugin” for user activation key removal or approval.
See Network–>Users–>”User Activation Keys” to delete activation keys – to allow immediate (re)signup of users who otherwise get the “try again in two days” message.
Also, users waiting to be activated (or can’t because the email with the generated activation link is “gone”) can be approved manually.

This plugin saved me time to delete activation key directly in the database. It's much more easier to manage users in Multisite using this plugin. Thanks for the dev!
