<p>7:In front end, we will display all links in the information bar,  you can custom the information bar settings, for example, change the smart content link information bar width,  select background color from the wordpress standard color picker, decide add the links at the head of a wordpress post or add links at the bottom of the wordpress post.</p>
<p>8: After setting the “information bar settings”, please remember to click the blue “Save Settings” button</p>

Events Tracker for Elementor

So after spending a couple of hours with the Google Ads conversion tracking not working, I figured I would try something, just for fun. On the settings page in the WP Elementor area, you need to put the "AW-" in front of your Conversion ID number. Once I did that, cleared the cache, and it worked perfectly. A simple piece of documentation would have saved me (and others) a ton of time and hassle.
