How smart content links plugin works?
It is very easy to use smear content links plugin:
1: download wordpress smart content links plugin or purchase a license from wordpress tooltip shop
2: upload smart content link plugin into your wordpress site and activate it in plugins panel
3: activate wordpress smart content link plugin, it looks like this:

4: At first, you will find in Item settings panel, you can can dynamically add links and link properties, such as link name, URL address, margin, padding, you can select the color of the link from the color picker.
5: Once you added a link, you can click “Add New” button to add a new link and link properties, if you do not want a link, just click the gray “remove” button to remove the link
6: After insert / edit / delete all links, you can click the green “Save Settings” button to save all changes of links
7:In front end, we will display all links in the information bar,  you can custom the information bar settings, for example, change the smart content link information bar width,  select background color from the wordpress standard color picker, decide add the links at the head of a wordpress post or add links at the bottom of the wordpress post.
8: After setting the “information bar settings”, please remember to click the blue “Save Settings” button

Gallery Custom Links allows you to link images from galleries to a specified URL. Tested with WordPress Gallery, Gutenberg, the <a href="https://wordpress.org/plugins/meow-gallery/" rel="ugc">Meow Gallery</a> and others. <h3>Usage</h3>
Two fields are added to your images, in your Media Library: Link URL and Link Target (but also, Link Rel and Arial Label). If, at least, the Link URL is set up, this image will link to that URL every time it is used within a gallery. Lightbox will be automatically disabled for those images.
To do this, the Gallery Custom Links needs to analyze/rewrite your content. Depending on your WordPress, you can pick the most appropriate method (known as engine).

<li>HtmlDomParser: Very reliable. It will rewrite your HTML so that the links are hardcoded.</li>
<li>DiDom: Same as HtmlDomParser but faster. However, your HTML needs to be perfectly valid.</li>
<li>Javascript: This is the fastest, but the links won’t be hardcoded. Only the visitor will experience the links.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Compatibility</h3>
It currently works with the native WP Gallery, the Gutenberg Gallery, and the <a href="https://wordpress.org/plugins/meow-gallery/" rel="ugc">Meow Gallery</a>. It should actually work with any gallery plugin using the ‘gallery’ class and Responsive Images (src-set). Let me know if you would like more galleries to be supported, it should be easy.
<h3>Filters</h3>

The motivation to build this plugin came from my users who had issues trying to use WP Gallery Custom Links. I realized that this plugin was working extremely well with the standard gallery, but would require too much rewriting for Gutenberg and other galleries, hence the creation of this plugin.
