Rate My Post – Star Rating System by FeedbackWP allows you to easily add rating functionality to your WordPress website. Visitors can rate your posts/pages and send you private feedback after rating.

A great little plugin that works out of the box and has the basic styling options needed. I managed to get it where I wanted it on some templates using the do_shortcode function, and it's doing what I need.
