<p>The plugin is capable of showing a popup for the users on the posts asking them to follow the author.<br />
At the moment, two type of configuration is supported:<br />
* Show the popup when the user scrolled at the end of a posts<br />
* Show the popup on a timely basis, like once a week, once a day</p>
