This plugin was made to easy fill up the empty space in menu bar with few off most popular social network icons…

There are 20 icons to choose from: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Google +, LinkedIn, Behance, Blogger, DeviantArt, Dribbble, Flickr, Last.fm, MySpace, RSS, Skype, Tumblr, Vimeo, VKontakte, WordPress and YouTube.Step by step instructions
1) Go to Apperance – Menus.
2) In the top right corner of the page click on SCREEN OPTIONS.
3) Than click on SOCIAL NETWORKS.
4) Than you must find Social networks on the bottom of a Menu Structure on the left side of a page and click on it.
5) Click on Social menu and than click on Add to Menu button.
6) Click on Save menu button.On Settings page you can choose which social networks icons to show on your menu.

WordPress Buffer – HYPESocial. Social Media Auto Post, Social Media Auto Publish and Schedule

I had been using the "Revive Old Posts" plugin for a long while, and it did work great until recently. But, with Facebook making changed every couple of weeks, it was becoming more trouble than it was worth. It wasn't the developer's fault but I needed an alternative. The HYPESocial Wordpress to Buffer has made things a whole lot easier.

Awesome Plugin

Plugin does what it says. The devil is in the fine print, I guess. It doesn't just post new posts or posts you edit either. You have no control on what it reposts (unless you upgrade?), from the sound of it. Old posts, irrelevant posts, posts you had forgotten you ever wrote.... can all be reposted for reasons inexplicable - probably because you say... added a plugin that tags all your posts or did some bulk edit moving them to a less viewed category...

Or you have to stalk your own buffer to keep an eye on inappropriate shares. Or go and delete from social networks after they publish.

Definitely get if all you have on your blog is evergreen content. Avoid like the plague if you cover current issues, etc.
