What the service is used for: 
The external service delivers the cookie consent banner and manages user consent preferences.
What data is sent and when: 
When the website loads, the plugin loads a script from the Sookie servers. The request may include: 
– The configured Sookie Domain ID 
– The visitor’s IP address (processed by the Sookie servers) 
– Basic browser and device information required to generate the consent banner
This communication is necessary to display and manage cookie consent functionality.
