<p><strong>What it does:</strong> Analyzes comments using Machine Learning (Logistic Regression + TF-IDF) to detect spam.</p>
<p><strong>When data is sent:</strong> Every time a comment is submitted on your WordPress site (unless the user is logged in and you’ve disabled checking for logged-in users).</p>

I'm not commenting on the ClickCease service - as far as I know, that's totally great, but this plugin is coded in the worst way imaginable. 

So much php processing and hogging of the output buffer unecessarily. 

Do not use this plugin. Just add the code to your theme's header manually.
