Extremely easy to set up. KeyCdn support works and now I hope Stefano will come up with Preloaded Pages one day. 
I had bought Rocket Cache, Comet Cache Pro (f.. up my Multisite twice, they refuse to refund).

Super fast, not overly complicated but with enough settings to customize for any set up. Most importantly: works like a charm on VPS!
