It does not offer configuration, not even an options page in WP Admin.</p>
<p>Simply install and activate the plugin to disable all automatic updates. Deactivate the plugin to re-enable all automatic updates.</p>

WP Updates Settings

I like this plugin because it takes away the mundane task up updating everything on sites that do not to be babysat. Yeah, it seems to miss some plugins, like iThemes, but that's not surprising since they have their own proprietary update system (so it seems). Handy!
