Running PHP7 and 4.5-alpha-36246 and I just wanted to say that everything works great!  Although I can't read & write code at 100% fluency, I just wanted to post over here so that the theme authors would know that Yes Indeed! Everything's looking great!



So Far So Goo

Finally a simple plugin for ticketing that uses posts types and user roles in WordPress the proper way! I can't wait to integrate it in our network! Yay!

Disclaimer: I haven't tested the email notifications and ticket creation yet.

<p>Due to the osTicket versions always changing basic database aspects we felt it was simply not stable enough to be used in production.<br />
It simply takes too much time and effort to keep up with all the recodes on each version and too many bugs pop up as a result of it.<br />
We have therefor moved on to a different ticketing system and developed different portal plugin for it. (we have not yet made this portal public but might do so in the future).<br />
