<p>Limit the nummber of Tags in Default Widget and WooCommerce Tags Widget. You can easily add the number of tags cloud to display on the default widget of WordPress and WooCommerce. You can easily manage those tags from Customizer settings. Go to Appearance > Customize > Tag Options to check the available options.</p>

<p>“Tilted Tag Cloud Widget” is a free plugin for WordPress, developed by the Whiletrue.it staff to generate a cloud with the website’s most used tags.</p>
<p>The words inside the cloud are overlapping and tilted, creating a cluster.</p>

<li>number of tags shown</li>
<li>link to tag page</li>
<li>tag color (random if none inserted)</li>
<li>smallest and biggest font size</li>
<li>horizontal and vertical spread</li>

<p>This plugin displays the most used tags in a sidebar widget.</p>

Tilted Tag Cloud Widget

I use it on a lot of sites, it's stable and looks nice. I also made it, so my opinion is probably biased.
