<p>This plugin relies on the TakBull API, a third-party external service, to automatically generate invoices for WooCommerce orders.</p>
<h4>What is TakBull and what is it used for?</h4>
<p>TakBull is an invoicing service provided by TakBull (https://takbull.co.il). This plugin connects to the TakBull API (https://api.takbull.co.il/) to automatically create invoices, receipts, tax invoices, and donation receipts when WooCommerce orders are completed or processed.</p>
<h4>What data is sent and when?</h4>
<p>When a WooCommerce order is completed or processed, the following data is automatically sent to the TakBull API:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Customer Information:</strong> Customer name, email address, phone number, billing address (address line 1 & 2, city, country, postal code)</li>
<li><strong>Order Information:</strong> Order ID, order total, currency, payment method, transaction/reference ID, order date</li>
<li><strong>Product Details:</strong> Product SKU, product name/description, price, quantity, tax amount, discount amount, tax status</li>
<li><strong>Shipping Information:</strong> Shipping cost, shipping tax, shipping postal code</li>
<li><strong>Additional Settings:</strong> Document type, language locale, invoice delivery preferences (email/SMS)</li>
</ul>
<p>This data transmission occurs automatically when:<br />
– A WooCommerce order status changes to “completed” or “processing”<br />
– The order total is greater than zero<br />
– The order does not already have a TakBull invoice generated</p>
