Take Notice lets you add one or more notice boxes across your entire site. For each notice, you can customize the following:
<ul>
<li>Whether to appear on all posts (of any post type)</li>
<li>Whether to appear on specific posts (of any post type)</li>
<li>Whether to appear on posts with certain terms (of any taxonomy)</li>
<li>Where to appear in the post (above or below the content)</li>
<li>Color of notice box (custom colors or preset palettes)</li>
<li>Whether to display the notice title with its content</li>
</ul>
Notices are a custom post type, so they can be managed and edited just like posts. You can add more than one notice at a time, and customize the above settings separately for each one. (See Screenshots for an example.)

Use the shortcode [private-user-notes] to any page or anywhere to turn it into a user private note page or section. Users will be able to add private notes there using a rich text editor. The notes are only visible to user himself as it’s private right! 
It also gives user option to print their private notes with a single click.
This could be really useful for membership sites where you might want users to be able to save private note in any page,tab or their profile.
Admin can control who can use this feature and be able to save private note. It provides a plugin settings page under Settings inside dashboard where access settings will be found.
