Taxonomy Note allows you to add a customizable “note” input field for every taxonomy term assigned to a post. 
When a post type/taxonomy pair is enabled in the settings, a dedicated meta box will appear in the post editor showing all assigned terms, each with its own note field.
This is ideal for:

<li>Products (attributes with additional info)</li>
<li>Events (tags with remarks)</li>
<li>Editorial workflows (categories with comments)</li>
<li>Any situation where a taxonomy term needs extra per-post context</li>

Notes are stored per post, not globally — so each post can have different notes for the same term.

<h3>Usage</h3>
<ol>
<li>Edit any post type where you enabled the plugin.</li>
<li>Assign one or more taxonomy terms as usual.</li>
<li>A new “Notes” meta box will appear for each selected taxonomy.</li>
<li>Enter any custom text next to each assigned term.</li>
<li>Save the post — notes will be stored automatically.</li>
</ol>
Notes are saved only for terms currently assigned to the post.
