teleCast connects your Telegram group to your WordPress website, turning it into a live chat system (aka “widget”) your visitors can use directly from any page where you place our shortcode.
IMPORTANT
This plugin requires an account at thesaasfactory.net to function. There is a one-time registration fee of USD15.00 to onboard. If you wish to use the translation option then you will also need to top up translation credit once an initial 50000 characters have been used for evaluation/testing. Pre-purchase of 1M (one million) characters costs USD25.00.
The plugin loads the teleCast widget JavaScript from thesaasfactory.net servers, and all chat messages are relayed through the teleCast service to enable real-time communication between your website and Telegram. Our translation services are powered by DeepL Pro. Available languages therefore match those available from DeepL.

<h3>Service requirements</h3>

<li>Create a Telegram bot via @BotFather and add it to your group as an admin. </li>
<li>Register for an account at <a href="https://thesaasfactory.net" rel="nofollow ugc">thesaasfactory.net</a> and create a teleCast channel.</li>
<li>Add the <code>[telecast]</code> shortcode to any page with your token and channel slug.</li>

Translation credits are managed via your account at thesaasfactory.net. Recognising that some phrases are used repeatedly in chat sessions, we cache translations and try to match our cache first. All such matches are free, credits are only consumed when fresh translation is required.

This plugin requires and relies on the teleCast service hosted at thesaasfactory.net to 
function.
What data is transmitted:
When you use this plugin, the following data is sent to thesaasfactory.net:
Chat messages 
— All messages sent by website visitors through the widget are transmitted to thesaasfactory.net servers, which relay them to your Telegram group. Replies from your Telegram group are transmitted through thesaasfactory.net back to your website visitors.
Visitor display names 
— The display name entered by visitors when they start chatting is transmitted to identify the sender in your Telegram group.
Translation requests 
— When messages need translation (visitor language differs from group language), the message content is sent to thesaasfactory.net for translation via DeepL Pro before being relayed.
WebSocket connections 
— The widget establishes a persistent WebSocket connection to wss://ws.thesaasfactory.net for real-time message delivery. * Widget JavaScript — The plugin loads the teleCast widget JavaScript file from https://thesaasfactory.net/telecast/assets/telecast.js on every page where 
the shortcode is used.
When data is sent: 
– When a visitor opens a page containing the <code>[telecast]</code> shortcode (widget JavaScript loads) 
– When a visitor enters their name and starts chatting (WebSocket connection establishes) 
– Every time a message is sent or received (messages are relayed through the service) 
– When messages require translation (sent to DeepL Pro via thesaasfactory.net)

By using this plugin, you acknowledge that chat messages and visitor display names will be transmitted through thesaasfactory.net servers to enable the Telegram bridge functionality. Messages are encrypted in transit but are processed by the service to enable translation and relay to Telegram.

The TalkJS plugin allows you to add user-to-user chat to your marketplace, on-demand app, or social platform. You’ll have it up and running in 5 minutes. It integrates fully with WooCommerce and marketplace/multi-vendor plugins like WCVendors.
This plugin offers you shortcodes and template tags for our three basic views: The inbox, the chatbox and the chat pop-up. It also adds a chatbox widget and an inbox-page.
TalkJS is the messaging tool for platforms. Add buyer seller chat to your marketplace, on-demand app, or peer-to-peer chat to your social platform. Similar to what Airbnb, Upwork, or LinkedIn are offering in messaging.

If you’re looking to integrate the TalkJS messaging platform to your WordPress site, this is the easiest way to do it. 
You can use three methods of implementation:

</ol>
<h3>Shortcodes</h3>
You can use shortcodes on a post-by-post basis. The following three shortcodes allows you to easily use any TalkJS UI:
<ul>
<li><code>[talkjs_chat]</code></li>
<li><code>[talkjs_inbox]</code></li>
<li><code>[talkjs_popup]</code></li>
</ul>
You can pass along the default conversation user for the chat and the popup. You do this by adding a user ID to the shortcode: [talkjs_chat user=”2″]
If you wish to get the author of the post as your conversation user you can use the following: [talkjs_chat userType=”author”]. You shouldn’t fill in the user ID in this case since it overwrites the <code>userType</code>.
With all three you can pass along a custom welcome message like this: [talkjs_chat welcomeMessage=”Hi there!”]
For Inbox and Chatbox, you can also customize the width and height of the shortcodes by passing <code>width</code> and <code>height</code> properties like this: [talkjs_chat height=”500px” width=”250px”]
There are some predefined styles to make integration easier, if you want full control over the style of the TalkJS UI container, you can pass <code>style</code> property to overwrite the default styles. <code>width</code> and <code>height</code> properties are ignored when <code>style</code> is used.
The popup also has an option to keep it open between pages by using the shortcode with the keepOpen property e.g. [talkjs_popup keepOpen=”true”]
<h3>Widgets</h3>
There’s currently only one widget available: The TalkJS Chatbox widget. In it you can set a title, a welcome message and the conversation user (the current post author if blank)
<h3>Template tags</h3>
You can use template tags if you want to display the chatbox, inbox or popup on certain templates. You use them in your code like so:

You can add custom variables to your welcome message. These variables are available:
