Theme Junkie

<p>This plugin adds a feature custom post type to your WordPress website to manage your site features. It should work with any WordPress themes but you need to create templates for <code>archive-feature.php</code> and <code>single-feature.php</code> to display the features data.</p>
<p>It has built-in meta boxes to add more data to the feature’s item such as:</p>

<li>Read more link field</li>
