The button and shortcut toggle the preformatted style on the selected text or the current line. It uses the same command as the Pre item in the Formatting list in the toolbar.

TinyMCE Pre Button

Adds the Pre button to the TinyMCE toolbar and the shortcut Ctrl+0 to format text with <pre> tag

You can press CTRL+S in ANY browser to save the work you’re working with, including posts and pages.

This plugins allows you to publish your posts/pages and update your files in the admin panel by pressing CTRL+S.
