How to open an image in the popup:
<ol>
<li>Insert an image in the post editor</li>
<li>Click the image → click “Link” in the block toolbar</li>
<li>Select “Media File” and save</li>
</ol>
How to insert a video:

<li>Place the cursor at the insertion point in the post editor (Text mode)</li>
<li>Click the “Tobidase Movie” quicktag button</li>
<li>Enter the video URL in the dialog</li>
<li>Optionally add a thumbnail and caption, then click “Insert”</li>

<h3>External services</h3>
This plugin connects to third-party services to retrieve video metadata (thumbnails and titles). These requests are made only when a video URL is entered in the admin editor dialog, or when a post containing a [tdslb-movie] shortcode is published/saved.

Fetches thumbnail images and video titles via the YouTube oEmbed API and thumbnail CDN. 
No personal user data is transmitted; only the video ID is used.

It features swipe, mouse and keyboard navigation, transition effects, slideshow functionality, fullscreen support and on-demand content loading and can be extended to display additional content types. 
This is the official WordPress plugin for the Gallery lightbox functionality. 
By default it automatically adds lightbox functionality to image links ending with gif, jpg, jpeg and png extensions. The plugin provides an options page to disable the automatic feature and to restrict the list of media types. It is also possible to add lightbox functionality for a link manually.
