When a form action is triggered, the data mapped in that action (for example: email address, name, phone number, and any custom fields you select) is securely transmitted to the service you configure. No information is sent anywhere else.
TriggerNinja does not track users or site visitors and stores only the minimal data required for logging API requests within your own WordPress database.

The admins can enable or disable this feature as needed, set the cart abandonment time, delete abandoned cart data from your store after a specified period, and store the data in an HTML-encoded format. After successfully syncing the abandoned cart data, the clickable link for the Salesforce ID is mentioned for the admins to verify the synced data.
