Twitter Comments system. Give to you readers the possibility to send comments via Twitter! Automatically retrieve Twitter Replies and/or Twitter Retweets to your Blog’s Posts. These Twitter mentions are handled like Posts Comments, using WP built-in comment system.
Here is how Twitter Comments work:

<li>You Post an article on your blog</li>
<li>You update your Twitter status (or let the plugin do it for you)</li>
<li>You automatically get all related Twitter Replies and/or Twitter Retweets as comments to your Post</li>
</ol>
The plugin also brings two widgets:

<li>Analytics charts showing how many Twitter Replies and Twitter Retweets you are receiving</li>
<li>Listings of your 20 most recent Twitter Conversations</li>
</ol>

Usage
To put submit form just add strings as follows. 
(You must not change submit form HTML at all. If you change something this plugin will not work correctly.)

To put comments which is submitted to you blog through twitterLink for WordPress Comment, just add strings as follows.

If you want to customize, you can add 2 options. 
First option “display_comment_limit” is the limit number of comments to display (default value is “all”). 
Second option “islist” is boolean value and is the style setting option. 
If set this option as true then comments are displayed using

<li> tags, 
and if set this option as false then comments are displayed without 
<ul>
<li> tags,</li>
