Twitter for WordPress make twitter as comment for your blog.
Usage
To put submit form just add strings as follows. 
(You must not change submit form HTML at all. If you change something this plugin will not work correctly.)

To put comments which is submitted to you blog through twitterLink for WordPress Comment, just add strings as follows.

If you want to customize, you can add 2 options. 
First option “display_comment_limit” is the limit number of comments to display (default value is “all”). 
Second option “islist” is boolean value and is the style setting option. 
If set this option as true then comments are displayed using 
<ul>
<li> tags, 
and if set this option as false then comments are displayed without 
<ul>
<li> tags,</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>

If you want to add Link to twitterLink site add strings as follows.

Customization
The plug in provides the following CSS classes:

From the admin listing of posts (‘Edit Posts’) and pages (‘Edit Pages’), a user can close or open comments to any posts to which they have sufficient privileges to make such changes (essentially admins and post authors for their own posts). This is done via an AJAX-powered color-coded indicator. The color-coding gives instant feedback on the current status of the post for comments: green means the post/page is open to comments, red means the post/page is closed to comments. Being AJAX-powered means that the change is submitted in the background after being clicked without requiring a page reload.
This plugin will only function for administrative users in the admin who have JavaScript enabled.
