<p>The option the UltraBlocks provides is Full-width Page Templates. Three types are available in Page Attributes:</p>

<li>UB FullWidth – for full-width content area</li>
<li>UB FullWidth No Sidebar – the full-width content between the header and footer</li>
<li>UB FullWidth No Header & Footer – the whole page with the content</li>
</ul>

UltraBlocks – Advanced Blocks for WP Gutenberg

Really custom blocks, you won't get such functionality anywhere else!

Very likely best blocks

When installed, this plug adds two identical menus to WP Admin, which is annoying. I've raised this as a bug, but this plugin appears to be getting no support from its develops.

It's also not been updated for over a year.

I'd suggest avoiding this.
