Unified Logging is Logging as a Service (LaaS). This plugin taps into php logging and sends the logging information to Unified Logging (http://www.unifiedlogging.com) so you can be notified if something goes wrong and then can review the messages.
To signup for a free account go to https://portal.unifiedlogging.com/signup/
After signing up visit your profile page (https://portal.unifiedlogging.com/profile/) and retrieve your submission url, access key and secret key then input these into the “Settings” page after the plugin is activated.

Your data is sent over ssl and the secret key is used to create a hash to make sure the data is not tampered with.
NOTE: this plugin may work with earlier versions but has not been tested.

Admin Debug Tools simplifies the process by giving you the power to manage your debug log from the WP Admin area.
With Admin Debug Tools, you can:

<li>Save and/or clear your debug log file;</li>

<h3>WP Debugging</h3>
Admin Debug Tools makes direct edits to your <code>wp-config.php</code> file to enable and disable debug mode through the <code>WP_DEBUG</code> constant.
You have full control over the WP debug constants through the Config screen.
When you enable debug mode, WordPress will log errors, notices, and warnings to the debug log file. This can be helpful for troubleshooting issues on your site.
When you disable debug mode, WordPress will stop logging errors, notices, and warnings to the debug log file. This can be helpful for reducing server load and improving site performance.
