Usher brings Gmail-like keyboard shortcuts for navigating around the various core pages of the WordPress admin.
Additionally, it includes a robust API for registering new global and screen-specific keyboard shortcuts.
To register new shortcuts, use the Usher\register_shortcut() function. For example:

Keypress-list is a plug-in that allow user to launch JavaScript/jQuery codes or functions by using keyboard shortcut’s.
In admin section you can specify what for actions does it launch with what for short-cut and change the Master key. To activate the shortcup listener, in Front-Office, user must tip the Master key “Shift” and “S” keys simultaneously, then tip the shortcut.
In admin section you can enabled menu navigation. You must first inform the plugin with the the ID of the menu and the class of the selected element.
