<p>Video Thumbnailer for Elementor is a simple add-on plugin for Elementor, pulling in the thumbnails for any YouTube or Vimeo videos embedded into pages or posts via Elementor.</p>
<p>The plugin removes the need to manually select and add a thumbnail image in Elementor when adding a video. Instead, the plugin will automatically pull in the image that has been set as the thumbnail on either YouTube or Vimeo.</p>
<p>It performs two main tasks:</p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Find any videos that have the image overlay set to show, but do not have an image set, and it resets the media field for the image back to default instead of being blank.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Add a switch in the image overlay section of videos in the Elementor editor called ‘Auto Thumbnail’. If it is switched on, and the video is from Vimeo or YouTube, the thumbnail is pulled in automatically on the frontend for that video. If a thumbnail is set for that video in Elementor, it will be ignored if ‘Auto Thumbnail’ is on.</p>

Presto Player


We had been searching for an easy to use plugin that can help us display videos on our website without impacting page speed. Presto Player was so intuitive and easy to use. I had our explainer video up and running in 30 mins.


So easy to use!


I purchased the pro version of this plugin in hopes they would treat me as a professional. I installed this on a client's site, and now there is a giant dashboard notice on every page asking for a review. My clients don't even know what Presto Player is. They shouldn't be bombarded with review requests for plugins they've never heard of when they log into their website.

If you do anything with videos on WordPress, this is an essential plugin. I was using Wistia but now I'm in the process of transferring everything over to PrestoPlayer hosting video files on Bunny.net.

We have tried other video players for Wordpress but this one stands out! Both when it comes to customizing the player, performance, and not least the amazing stats!! As soon as a logged in user has viewed a video, we can see it in clear text in the Analytics. Very impressive. Can really recommend this video player.
