<p>This plugin adds a “Download View PDF” button to the entry actions dropdown in Formidable Forms, allowing users to download formatted PDF versions of form entries using your custom PDF Views.</p>
<p><strong>IMPORTANT:</strong> This plugin requires a complete Formidable Forms setup including Pro license, Forms to PDF Add-on, and custom PDF Views to function.</p>

<h3>Installation & Complete Setup</h3>
<h4>STEP 1: Install Required Plugins</h4>
<ol>
<li>Install and activate <strong>Formidable Forms Pro</strong> (requires valid license)</li>
<li>Install and activate the <strong>Forms to PDF Add-on</strong></li>
<li>Install and activate this plugin</li>
</ol>
<h4>STEP 2: Create a PDF View</h4>
<ol>
<li>If you haven’t yet, go to <strong>Formidable <span aria-hidden="true" class="wp-exclude-emoji">→</span> Forms</strong> and create a new form (or use an existing one)</li>
<li>To customize how you want the form data displayed in PDF, go to <strong>Formidable <span aria-hidden="true" class="wp-exclude-emoji">→</span> Views</strong> and click <strong>“Add New”</strong></li>
<li>Create a new View to serve as your PDF template</li>
<li>Using the built-in <strong>View Layout builder</strong>, start designing your layout however you like</li>
<li>Add the form fields you want to appear in your PDF</li>
<li>Click <strong>“Save Layout”</strong> when you are done designing</li>
<li><strong>Publish</strong> the view (very important – drafts won’t work!)</li>
<li><strong>Note the View ID</strong> – you’ll see it in the Views list or in the URL when editing </li>
</ol>
<h4>STEP 3: Configure This Plugin</h4>
<ol>
<li>Go to <strong>Formidable <span aria-hidden="true" class="wp-exclude-emoji">→</span> PDF View Settings</strong></li>
<li>Enter your <strong>PDF View ID</strong> from Step 2</li>
<li>Click <strong>“Save Changes”</strong></li>

<h4>STEP 4: Test the Functionality</h4>

<li>Click on any entry to view its details</li>
<li>Look for <strong>“Download View PDF”</strong> button in the entry actions dropdown (top-right area)</li>
<li>Click to download your formatted PDF</li>

<p>The PDF download button appears in the <strong>entry actions dropdown</strong> when viewing individual form entries. This dropdown is typically in the upper-right corner of the entry details page, next to other actions like “Edit Entry” or “Delete Entry”.</p>
