<h3>How to use</h3>
<p>After installing the plugin and selecting the page where you want to display the sitemap in the plugins settings, flush the permalinks. You can do this by going to the permalinks settings page and clicking the save button.</p>

I've always felt that SEO plugins have too many settings, making them overly complex, and many settings aren't even relevant anymore.
