<h3>External services</h3>
Voxfor Autopilot is a “bring your own API key” plugin. It does not include or require any service operated by Voxfor. The plugin only contacts an external service when the site administrator explicitly configures an API key for that provider in Settings → API Keys AND assigns that provider to a task in Settings → Task Routing, and then triggers an action that uses that task (e.g. Create Content, Run Auditor, Expand Keywords, Approve Manual Review).
No data is sent to any third party on plugin activation, page loads, cron ticks, or front-end visits. No data is sent to Voxfor itself — there is no Voxfor server.
For every provider listed below, the data transmitted is the same general shape: the prompt the plugin builds for the requested task (which may include the focus keyword, secondary keywords, post title, post excerpt, the existing post content when optimizing an existing post, the target language and tone, and your API key in the request header for authentication). The provider’s response (the generated/optimized text, research results, or image URL) is then stored in your own WordPress database. The plugin does not send any visitor data, IP addresses, or analytics.

After activation, the plugin exposes secure REST API endpoints that allow the MYAIO platform to:

The plugin communicates with the MYAIO platform at https://app.myaio.com/ for API key verification, connection management, SEO audits, and optional deployment actions. When verifying the API key, the plugin sends the site URL, an API key identifier, and connection status information. SEO-related site data (such as page URLs, titles, meta descriptions, headings, schema, and indexability signals) is accessed via the plugin’s REST API endpoints only when the administrator explicitly initiates audits or deployment actions.

<h4>Third-Party SEO & Analytics Services</h4>
Certain audit and reporting features within the MYAIO platform rely on third-party services for domain authority metrics, page performance analysis, search analytics, and keyword insights. When these features are used, relevant data such as site URLs, property identifiers, or query parameters may be sent to the respective service providers.
These requests are made only when the site administrator enables and uses the specific feature that requires the service. No data is sent to third-party services passively or without administrator action.

<h3>Privacy</h3>
This plugin does not add front-end scripts or track site visitors by default.
External requests are performed only when initiated by the site administrator or when using a feature that requires an external service. API keys are stored in WordPress options and are not exposed publicly.
<h3>Uninstall</h3>
When the plugin is deleted, it removes its stored options and temporary data. It does not modify WordPress core files, themes, or unrelated content.
