Hide Related Products and Breadcrumbs.

Enable browser cache to improve performance.

Hide ×1 quantity.

Security settings

Disable Plugin File Editor and Theme File Editor – This feature allows you to disable the Plugin and Theme File Editors in your WordPress admin. This can help to improve security by preventing unauthorized access to your site’s files.

Deny access to certain files such as SQL, ZIP, and BAK – a particularly important security setting, which normally requires editing the .htaccess file.

Settings for posts and pages

Revisions – Specify whether to keep revisions of posts and pages, and how many,

Auto-date – Automatically update the date when saving posts, pages and products,

Page excerpts – Enable the Excerpt metabox for Pages, which is hidden by default.

Geolocation simulation/spoofing

Overwrite IP/Country – With these features, you can enter a specific country code or IP address to overwrite the geolocated information. This is useful for testing purposes when you want to simulate a different location for your website.

WooCommerce store tweaks

Hide Related Products on Single Product pages – This can be useful if you want to streamline the product page and remove distractions for your customers.

Hide breadcrumbs – Check if you need them. Breadcrumbs may not be necessary to help users understand their location within the site, or they do not fit with the overall look and feel of the site.

Hide ×1 – When quantity is 1, do not show ×1 on Checkout and Order Review pages.

Enable Block Editor for products – Use the Gutenberg block editor for product descriptions instead of the classic editor.

Disable product image zoom – Turn off the magnifying glass zoom effect on Single Product pages. Also prevents loading the related JS and CSS, improving page performance and Google PageSpeed score.

Disable product gallery lightbox – Prevent product images from opening in a lightbox overlay. Also prevents loading the related JS and CSS.

Disable product gallery slider – Turn off the image slider/carousel on product galleries. Also prevents loading the related JS and CSS.

Email settings

Custom “From” name and address – Override the default sender name and email address for all outgoing WordPress emails.

SMTP configuration – Send emails through an external SMTP server instead of the default PHP mail function, with configurable host, port, authentication, encryption, and SSL verification settings.

Email Tester – Send a test email directly from the settings page to verify that your email configuration is working correctly.

Performance

Enable browser cache – This is an important setting that can help to improve the performance of a website. By setting a “cache max-age” parameter, web browsers will request a new version of the page less frequently, which can reduce the load on the server and improve the speed at which pages are displayed to users.

PHP and Apache settings

PHP settings via .htaccess – Configure PHP time limit, max input vars, memory limit, post max size, and upload max size directly from the admin panel, without editing server configuration files.

Apache Hardening – Deny access to sensitive file types (SQL, ZIP, BAK, etc.) and enable additional server-level security rules.

ModExpires – Set browser cache expiration headers for static assets to improve page load times.

WooCommerce Subscriptions

Set Subscriptions Staging Mode – This feature allows you to set Subscriptions into the Staging/Duplicate Site mode. This can be useful for testing out new subscription products or for a staging site for your WooCommerce store.

Development and debugging

Show protected metas – Allows you to see and edit metadata that is normally hidden in the Custom Fields section of the WordPress editor when editing Products, Posts, and Pages. This can be useful for developers who need to access this information for debugging or customization purposes.

Disable heartbeats – Heartbeats are a feature that enables real-time communication between the server and the browser of a logged-in user through regular “heartbeat” requests. These requests allow for features like auto-saving, post locking, and login expiration warnings. If the Heartbeat API is causing problems while you are debugging your site, disable it here.

Disable cron – In WordPress, the “cron” is a built-in task scheduler that is used to perform routine tasks such as checking for updates, publishing scheduled posts, and sending email notifications. You may want to disable it on a development/local version of your site.

Enable Data Inspector – This will show internal data for posts, pages, products, and orders as it is stored in the WordPress database tables.

Enable Fake Payments – The Fake Payment gateway can be activated at checkout for testing or development purposes. When enabled, it will simulate the processing of an order without actually charging the customer. Supports both classic checkout and WooCommerce Blocks.

Override “To:” for all emails – Route all outgoing emails to a specified address for testing.

Bcc: for all emails – Send a blind copy of all outgoing emails to a specified address.

…and ever more coming with each new release!

Role Based Analytics for WooCommerce brings User Role reporting into WooCommerce Analytics so you can compare customer groups, review guest checkout performance, view the customers behind each role, and reduce manual spreadsheet work.

Bring User Role reporting into WooCommerce Analytics so you can compare customer groups, review guest checkout performance, view the customers behind each role, and reduce manual spreadsheet work. It works with any User Role already available on your store, including roles from plugins or custom code that you use to group customers, such as wholesale, B2B, B2C, membership, VIP, retail, or other customer groups.

What you’ll get

User Role table data: View User Role data directly in WooCommerce Analytics report tables.

User Role Aliases: Group related roles under one reporting label for cleaner grouped reporting.

Role-based CSV exports: Export filtered User Role data to CSV when you need deeper analysis.

Improve customer targeting: Better understand which customer groups drive the most orders and revenue so you can focus outreach and promotions where they matter most.

Make informed decisions: Compare customer groups with confidence instead of relying on blended totals or guesswork.

Spot growth opportunities: Identify which User Roles, products, and categories are performing best and where attention is needed.

Happy Customer Review

“We were looking for a solution to get analytics of the different user roles we have in WooCommerce (b2c and different b2b-roles). I tested different plugins of which “Role Based Analytics” was the best integrated one in the WooCommerce environment. You still use the same reports as before but get the opportunity to show the stats by user-role. Also it creates dashboard widgets with the most important stats which helps a lot! At the beginning we had some functionalities that we were missing but the support-team integrated them within days and the support in generel is phenomenal! So thank you so much for that beautiful solution and the great support! This is how it should be done by all plugin-developers!”

Note: We are currently collecting verified reviews from our users. Once enough feedback has been submitted, reviews will automatically appear in the public Reviews section of this page.

Identify top-performing customer groups

Get a quick overview of your top-performing User Roles and how they contribute to orders, revenue, returns, and average order value. Use these insights to:

Spot high-revenue groups: See which customer groups drive the most revenue and orders.

Compare sales performance: Review how each User Role performs across different reporting periods.

Track average order value: Identify customer groups with stronger order value.

Review guest checkout performance: Compare guest checkout activity with registered customer groups.

Find follow-up opportunities: See which customer groups may need retention, outreach, or account review.

Dig deeper using comparisons across metrics

This plugin is built for total flexibility and automatically detects every User Role active on your store—no manual setup required. It works instantly with roles created by third-party membership, B2B, or wholesale plugins.

Wholesale & B2B segments: For instance, if you use a wholesale plugin, you can instantly see exactly how much your high-volume buyers contribute to your net sales.

Custom segments: Whether you have a role for “B2B,” “B2C,” or “Affiliates,” the data is automatically available for custom user role reporting.

Gross sales: Compare gross sales across customer groups.

Returns: Track returns by User Role.

Net sales: Understand net sales performance by customer group.

Total sales: Compare total sales across customer group.

Average order value: Identify customer group with stronger average order value.

View customers behind each customer segment

Role-level totals show performance. Customer drilldown shows who is behind the performance.

From the User Roles report, click a role to view the customers associated with that customer group on the same screen. This helps you move from role-level totals to customer-level context without leaving the report.

Compare registered and guest checkout customers

Guest checkout customers are included as their own reporting group, making it easier to compare registered and non-registered customer performance.

Use Guest reporting to understand:

Guest revenue: See how much revenue comes from guest checkout customers.

Guest buying behavior: Review which products and categories guest checkout customers buy.

Registered vs guest comparison: Compare guest activity with logged-in customer groups.

Alias planning: Decide whether guest checkout activity should be grouped with another reporting segment using User Role Aliases.

Simplify complex reporting with Role Aliases

Running a complex store shouldn’t mean looking at messy reports. If your backend is cluttered with multiple custom roles, use Role Aliases to bundle them into logical business segments. This simplifies your charts and exports without touching your actual store permissions, pricing, or checkout behavior.

Export Customer Group reports

When you need deeper analysis, export role-based reports with selected role context included.

Role-based exports reduce cleanup before sharing data with a team, client, or spreadsheet workflow.

How to Get Started

Purchase and download the Role Based Analytics for WooCommerce extension.

Install and activate the .zip file in your WooCommerce store.
