Customer Info

Introducing Customer Info, a robust and intuitive WooCommerce plugin designed to simplify customer management. Store owners can effortlessly access detailed customer data, orders, subscription statuses, and support interactions—all centralized in a single, user-friendly dashboard.

Smart Email Recipients for WooCommerce gives you complete control over how your store emails are routed — ensuring the right people receive the right notifications based on what customers purchase.

By default, WooCommerce sends emails to fixed recipients. This plugin replaces that limitation with a flexible rule-based system that dynamically assigns recipients depending on products or categories in each order.

Route Emails Based on Products

Create rules that trigger when specific products are included in an order.
This allows you to notify the exact team members responsible for handling those products — whether it’s sales, fulfillment, or support.

Use Product Categories for Smarter Automation

Instead of selecting products one by one, you can assign recipients based on entire categories.

This is especially useful for:

Stores with large or frequently updated catalogs

Teams organized by product type

Automating workflows without constant rule updates

Full Control Over To, CC, and BCC

For every rule, you can define recipients across:

To – primary recipients

CC – additional visible recipients

BCC – hidden recipients

This gives you complete flexibility to structure internal and external communications exactly how you need.

Flexible Recipient Selection

Choose how recipients are assigned:

Select individual users directly

Include users based on their roles (e.g., Shop Managers, Editors)

Add custom email addresses manually

You can also combine all these options within the same rule.

Create Multiple Rules with Ease

Build unlimited rules to match different scenarios in your store.

Each rule can:

Target specific products or categories

Define its own recipients

Apply to selected WooCommerce emails

This allows you to create highly customized email flows for every type of order.

Apply Rules to Specific WooCommerce Emails

Choose exactly which emails each rule should affect, such as:

New Order

Processing Order

Completed Order

Customer notifications

This ensures recipients only receive relevant emails — no unnecessary noise.

Works for Bulk and Product-Level Control

Configure global rules that apply across your store

Add product-level recipient settings for more granular control

This combination gives you both flexibility and precision.

Real-World Use Cases

Send order emails to different vendors based on purchased products

Notify warehouse teams based on product categories

Alert specific staff members when high-priority items are ordered

Automatically include managers or supervisors in CC/BCC

Route customer-related emails to dedicated support teams

Why Use Smart Email Recipients?

Managing email notifications in WooCommerce can quickly become messy as your store grows.
This plugin helps you organize and automate your email flow, reducing manual work and ensuring nothing is missed.

Smart Email Recipients

Automatically route WooCommerce emails to the right recipients based on purchased products or categories.
Add dynamic To, CC, and BCC recipients using flexible rules and conditions.
