Keep your WooCommerce customer data accurate and reliable

Over time, WooCommerce stores can occasionally experience spikes in automated or scripted traffic that create large numbers of customer accounts.

These accounts often pass basic validation checks and may not be blocked by CAPTCHA or anti-spam solutions, especially when they originate from real checkout attempts or payment flows.

As a result, stores may end up with:

Hundreds or thousands of customer accounts with no orders

Repeated failed checkout attempts linked to the same customers

Rapid growth in the users table without real business value

Left unmanaged, they can:

Inflate customer counts

Reduce the accuracy of reports and analytics

Slow down admin pages on large stores

What this plugin does

Detects customers with no orders

Detects customers with multiple failed orders

Collects results using a safe background process

Stores results in optimized cache tables for fast access

Displays customers in clean, paginated admin tables

Generates summary reports and optional admin email notifications

The plugin runs background processes to safely collect customer data in batches, avoiding timeouts or memory issues — even on large stores.

Smart customer identification

Instead of relying on simple rules, the plugin analyzes real WooCommerce data to detect customers who:

Have no orders

Have multiple failed orders

This approach makes the results reliable and specific to your store.

Clear review before action

The plugin does not delete anything automatically.

Instead, it provides:

Paginated admin tables

Detailed customer information

Order references for failed checkout attempts

Optional email summaries

You stay fully in control of every decision.
