Automatically Split WooCommerce Orders Based on Smart Rules

GP Order Splitter gives you full control over how orders are processed in your WooCommerce store. Instead of manually separating products after checkout, the plugin automatically splits orders based on flexible, condition-based rules.

Whether you need to separate heavy items, isolate specific product categories, or split orders based on pricing thresholds, GP Order Splitter handles everything instantly and reliably.

Why Split Orders?

Many stores face operational challenges such as:

Products that are shipped from different warehouses

Heavy items requiring special handling

Digital and physical products in the same cart

Dropshipping products mixed with in-house inventory

Category-specific fulfillment processes

GP Order Splitter solves these problems by automatically creating separate child orders according to your configured rules — reducing errors, saving time, and improving workflow efficiency.

Powerful Splitting Conditions

Build intelligent rules using:

Product Categories

Shipping Classes (group or split each class separately)

Product Price

Order Total

Product Meta Data

Shipping Metrics (weight, dimensions, etc.)

You can create multiple rules and combine conditions to match real-world fulfillment logic.

Fully Automated Workflow

Once configured:

Customer places an order.

The plugin evaluates the defined rules.

Orders are automatically split into separate child orders.

Each order can then follow its own shipping, processing, or fulfillment flow.

No manual intervention required.

Designed for Growing Stores

GP Order Splitter is ideal for:

Stores managing complex shipping requirements

Businesses using multiple suppliers

Stores separating digital and physical goods

Merchants optimizing warehouse workflows

The plugin integrates seamlessly with WooCommerce and works within your existing order management system.
