LC Refund Requests

The smoothest way to professionally manage refund requests on your WooCommerce store!

What is TopLayer/LEO – Bulk Notifications?

TopLayer/LEO – Bulk Notifications is the simplest way to keep your customers informed at scale. Instead of adding notes to orders one by one, you can update hundreds or even thousands of customers at once with just a simple comma separated value (CSV) file. Each note is added to the correct order and automatically emailed to the customer, saving you hours of manual work and ensuring no one is left in the dark.

Why you should choose Bulk Notifications

Save time and effort: Post updates across many orders in minutes.

Keep customers in the loop: Every note triggers the standard WooCommerce email so customers stay informed without extra steps.

Stress-free performance: Built with background batching that prevents timeouts, even on shared hosting.

Simple and familiar: Upload a two-column CSV right from WooCommerce settings — no complex setup or mapping required.

Perfect for common use cases: Send shipment tracking details, service updates, or personalized messages to entire groups of customers with ease.

How it works

Download the CSV template from the extension settings.

Enter the Order ID and Customer Note for each order you’d like to update.

Upload the file and click Save changes.

Bulk Notifications handles the rest — your notes are queued, processed in the background, and emailed to customers automatically.

This extension was designed to solve one problem well: bulk customer communication. It gives store managers a safe, reliable, and time-saving way to deliver order updates at scale, while keeping the WooCommerce experience simple and familiar. As part of the Low Earth Orbit (LEO) suite of store-management extension from TopLayer Creative, Bulk Notifications integrates seamlessly with other tools built to enhance your store’s capabilities and create a smoother experience for both merchants and customers.
