The Minimum / Maximum Quantity per Product plugin is the ultimate solution for controlling WooCommerce product quantities. With a powerful, rule-based system, you can enforce quantity limits per product, category, user role, or product type, making it ideal for wholesale stores, bulk sellers, and inventory management.

Why this plugin matters:

Prevent overselling of limited stock

Enforce wholesale order minimums

Control bulk order quantities

Provide clear customer feedback with real-time validation

Benefits

Prevent Overselling: Ensure limited stock products aren’t oversold, reducing customer complaints and returns.

Enforce Wholesale Minimums: Automatically apply minimum order quantities for wholesale customers, saving time and improving order consistency.

Control Bulk Orders: Force customers to purchase in multiples (e.g., packs of 6), ideal for bulk sales.

Flexible Rule System: Create rules per product, category, or user role for maximum control.

Seamless User Experience: Real-time frontend validation and clear error messages reduce checkout frustration.

Supports All Product Types: Works with simple, variable, and grouped products without extra configuration.

Boost Store Efficiency: Reduces manual order adjustments and prevents conflicts with stock limits.

Key Features

Product-Level Controls

Set minimum and maximum quantities for each product individually. Product-level settings always override global rules.

Global Rules

Apply default quantity limits for all products at once. Great for consistent store-wide policies.

Category-Based Rules

Assign different rules to different categories. Example: Electronics max 2, Accessories max 10 per customer.

User Role Rules

Set rules for retail, wholesale, subscribers, or any custom role. Ideal for B2B stores.

Product Type Rules

Supports simple, variable, and grouped products seamlessly.

Priority-Based Rules

Control which rules take precedence using priority numbers. First match wins, but product-level settings always take the highest priority.

Frontend Validation & Error Messages

Customers see limits instantly on product pages and during checkout. Clear, friendly error messages reduce cart abandonment.

Advanced Use Cases

Wholesale Store: Global Rule: Min 1, Max 10 for retail; User Role Rule (Wholesale): Min 25, Max 500

Electronics Store: Category Rule (Electronics): Max 2 per customer; Product Override (iPhone 15): Max 1 per customer

Bulk Seller: Global Rule: All products min 6; Category Rule (Samples): Min 1

How It Works

Configure Product-Level Settings: Edit product → Inventory tab → Set min/max quantity

Create Rule-Based Limits: WooCommerce → Quantity Rules → Add Rule → Set min/max, priority, assign category or role

Automatic Frontend Validation: Customers see quantity limits dynamically on product pages and cart

Add an image watermark to your store’s PDF files

Promote your brand by adding your logo or any other image to your store’s PDFs. Just specify the image’s URL within the plugin’s settings and the plugin will take care of the rest. Easily adjust the opacity, position and alignment of your image watermark.

Protect PDF documents from being printed

Block the unauthorized printing of your store’s PDF documents. When this setting is active, print functionality will not work when viewing the PDF document.

Protect PDF documents against unauthorized modifications

Your store’s PDFs should remain your own. Enable modification protection to prevent others from editing your PDF documents and removing watermarks.

Choose which pages the watermark should be shown on

You may only want to show a watermark on the first or last pages of your PDF documents. This plugin lets you change where these watermarks appear.
