Frequently Asked Questions

How is pricing handled for bundle products?

You can choose between three pricing models: per-item pricing (each bundle item priced individually), fixed bundle pricing (one set price for the whole bundle), or hybrid pricing (base price plus per-item adjustments). You can also apply percentage or fixed discounts that activate automatically when bundle rules like min/max selections are met.

Does this support variable products in bundles?

Yes. Each bundle step can include variable products, letting customers choose size, color, or any other variation directly inside the bundle. This makes it ideal for PC builders, apparel kits, and configurable products where each component has multiple options.

Can I pull products from categories instead of selecting them one by one?

Yes. Each step supports category-based product pulling. Assign one or more categories to a step and all products in those categories become available for selection. This makes it easy to manage bundles with large product catalogs.

Will this slow down my store?

No. The plugin uses conditional asset loading — bundle scripts and styles only load on bundle pages. Independent testing shows zero impact on Core Web Vitals or page load speed on non-bundle pages.

Is this plugin compatible with HPOS and block checkout?

Yes. Fully compatible with WooCommerce High Performance Order Storage (HPOS) and works seamlessly with the new block-based checkout. Tested on the latest WooCommerce versions.

Will it work with my WooCommerce theme?

Yes. The plugin works with all standard WooCommerce themes including Storefront, Astra, GeneratePress, OceanWP, Kadence, Divi, and most premium themes. Layout and display settings let you match your store’s design.

Can I create min/max selection rules per step?

Yes. Each step can have its own minimum and maximum quantity requirements. For example: “Pick at least 3 items, up to 5” or “Choose exactly 1 main course.” Rules are enforced both visually and at the cart level.

What happens when my annual subscription expires?

The plugin continues to work indefinitely. Your subscription only covers updates and support — the plugin itself does not stop functioning. We recommend renewing for security updates and WooCommerce compatibility.

What’s your support response time?

We aim to respond to all support requests within 12 hours on business days. Most queries are resolved within 24 hours. Support is included for the duration of your active subscription.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes. WooCommerce offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all marketplace purchases. If the plugin doesn’t work for your use case, you can request a full refund within 30 days, no questions asked.
