<h3>Set Delivery Date & Time Slot Based on Product Categories</h3>
<p>Offer customized delivery scheduling for different product categories. Not all products require the same delivery approach, you can set delivery schedules based on the product categories.</p>
<p><strong>Example:</strong> A bakery can schedule deliveries in the morning for cupcakes and for custom birthday cakes the deliveries can be scheduled in the evening.</p>
<div class="mceTemp">

<h3>Specific Delivery Dates</h3>
<p>Set fixed delivery dates for seasonal or special products, ensuring availability on designated days. Store owners can enable specific dates, apply extra charges, or restrict certain shipping methods for better order management. If needed, they can disable regular delivery schedules and allow orders only on selected dates.</p>
<p><strong>Example:</strong> A Christmas tree seller can offer deliveries only on weekends in December, apply an extra charge for holiday eve deliveries, and disable standard shipping on non-delivery days to streamline fulfillment.<br />
<img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-18734005446155" src="https://woocommerce.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/specific-delivery-date-2-2-1.png" alt="" width="980" height="551" /></p>
<h3>Priority Based Schedules</h3>
<p>Manage peak delivery times efficiently by prioritizing high-value orders or urgent shipments.</p>
<p><strong>Example:</strong> A floral shop can prioritize early morning deliveries for wedding bouquets while regular flower orders are scheduled for later in the day, ensuring timely fulfillment for special events.<br />
<img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-18734005446157" src="https://woocommerce.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/priority-new-2.png" alt="" width="980" height="551" /></p>

<p><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-18734004681671" style="color: var(--wp--preset--color--woo-text-gray,#101517);font-family: var(--wccom-font-family-default);letter-spacing: -0.011em" src="https://woocommerce.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/order-delivery-date-and-time-scheduler-5.png" alt="order delivery date and time scheduler for woocommerce" width="980" height="538" /></p>
<h2>Show Date and Time Slots to Schedule Delivery</h2>
<p>Instead of just showing the expected delivery information, you can choose to display a calendar and time slots, allowing your customers to select their preferred delivery date and time. You can specify the available days of the week, time slots in hours, and charges for each slot and each day. To ensure you have enough processing time, you can set a buffer time and limit the maximum orders that can be accepted in each slot.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-18734004681647" src="https://woocommerce.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/order-delivery-date-and-time-scheduler-3.png" alt="order delivery date and time scheduler for woocommerce" width="980" height="914" /></p>
<p><strong>Schedule from Product & Checkout</strong></p>
<p>Let customers choose their desired delivery date & time slots on product and checkout pages. This makes it convenient for customers to pick a suitable time for delivery on the checkout page, even if they missed it on the product page.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-18734004681652" src="https://woocommerce.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/order-delivery-date-and-time-scheduler-1.png" alt="order delivery date and time scheduler for woocommerce" width="980" height="1463" /></p>
<h2>Control Delivery Date and Time Slots</h2>
<p>Customize delivery slots on a product level or globally(using a rule-based approach). Merchants can also control the maximum number of days of the week where slots will be displayed for customers and charge differently for different days of the week. In addition to this, the buffer time functionality allows merchants to get their operations up and running before opening up for deliveries and add special days & holidays to avoid delivering on those days.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-18734004709210" src="https://woocommerce.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/order-delivery-date-and-time-scheduler-14.png" alt="" width="980" height="462" /></p>
<h2>Specify Different Delivery Fees for Different Days</h2>
<p>Some days are busier than others, and to ensure all orders are delivered timely, you can charge different fees for each day. The extension gives you all the options you need to customize the delivery time and dates and add fees for each slot and day as suits you.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone wp-image-18734004681670" src="https://woocommerce.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/order-delivery-date-and-time-scheduler-12.png?w=150&h=150&crop=1" alt="order delivery date and time scheduler for woocommerce" width="300" height="257" /></p>
<h2>Set Buffer Time and Default Time-Zone</h2>
<p>This extension makes it easy for you to pick a timezone that makes the most sense to your target market. You can either choose the default timezone (universal) or select a country and apply their time zone. Based on the timezone you choose, the delivery slots will be shown accordingly. Accordingly, you need time to process the package, and that is where setting a buffer time helps. You can add a buffer time that aligns with your business and the customer will then see delivery slots after that buffer time has passed.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone wp-image-18734004681658 size-medium" src="https://woocommerce.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/order-delivery-date-and-time-scheduler-10.png?w=896" alt="" width="896" height="524" /></p>
<h2>Hide Off-Days, Holidays, and Special Events</h2>
<p>You can communicate store holidays, off days, or special events to your customers using the extension’s quick settings. With a few clicks, you can add holidays or special events that your store observes to prevent customers from choosing delivery slots from those days.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone wp-image-18734004681664 size-medium" src="https://woocommerce.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/order-delivery-date-and-time-scheduler-4.png?w=896" alt="order delivery date and time scheduler for woocommerce" width="896" height="625" /></p>
<h2>Add Delivery Information from the Product Level</h2>
<p>You can assign delivery schedules to products and categories in bulk or select individual products for more precise control. If specific items require unique delivery slots, this extension’s product-level settings make it easy to customize. For individual products, you can define available delivery days, hourly time slots, and additional charges. The slots can be shown in a Calendar or in Expected Delivery Dates format. These customizations are like the options available at the global level but apply exclusively to individual products.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone wp-image-18734004681655 size-medium" src="https://woocommerce.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/order-delivery-date-and-time-scheduler-7.png?w=896" alt="order delivery date and time scheduler for woocommerce" width="896" height="793" /></p>
<h2>Create Global Rules for the Delivery Information</h2>
<p>Add estimated time of delivery and delivery date & time slots globally on multiple products and categories at once. Add available days of the week, fee for each day, and time selection type, and then choose which products and categories to apply to.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-18734004709225" src="https://woocommerce.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/order-delivery-date-and-time-scheduler-9.png" alt="order delivery date & time scheduler for woocommerce" width="980" height="1136" /></p>
<h2>Manage Deliveries Schedule from One Place</h2>
<p>This extension provides a comprehensive delivery log, allowing you to view all scheduled deliveries in one place. You can delete multiple deliveries in bulk or edit specific ones. When editing, you’ll be redirected to the order page, where you can make the necessary changes effortlessly.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-18734004681678" src="https://woocommerce.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/order-delivery-date-and-time-scheduler-13.png" alt="order delivery date and time scheduler for woocommerce" width="980" height="393" /></p>
<h2>Customizable Messages on Restrictions</h2>
<p>Show custom error messages when a customer tries to order after the maximum order limit is reached per slot and when a customer does not pick a time slot for delivery.</p>
<p><strong>Restrict the Number of Orders Per Delivery Slot</strong></p>
<p>To ensure you dont get overwhelmed by a huge number of orders in a specific time slot, you can specify an order limit. By adding a maximum limit, you will receive orders that can be realistically delivered within the defined time frame.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-18734004698552" src="https://woocommerce.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/order-delivery-date-and-time-scheduler-for-woocommerce-222.png" alt="order delivery date & time scheduler for woocommerce" width="980" height="749" /></p>
<p><strong>Show Custom Error Messages for Missing Slots</strong></p>
<p>If a customer forgets to choose the delivery date and time or the maximum order limit has been reached, custom messages will display on your store. These messages allow you to communicate with users and inform them of errors so they can correct them and proceed with their orders.</p>
<h3><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-18734004681675" style="color: var(--wp--preset--color--woo-text-gray,#101517);font-family: var(--wccom-font-family-default);font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: -0.011em" src="https://woocommerce.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/order-delivery-date-and-time-scheduler-2.png" alt="order delivery date and time scheduler for woocommerce" width="980" height="750" /></h3>
